SAE SCA
SAE SCA is a highly concentrated acid to eliminate all types of deposits in hydraulic circuits. The acid can be used on all circuits for washing pipes, heat exchangers and boilers on cooling systems and evaporative towers. The product is used as a chemical cleaner with the recirculation method for all water-based hydraulic systems and can be used on all materials in use such as steel, copper, brass and galvanized materials.

Important note
Do not exceed the system temperature of 45°C. The heating system must be free from any additional substances. Follow the instructions for use scrupulously to avoid damage to pumps and control valves. The product must be removed from the system after cleaning.
Instructions for Use
SAE SCA is a slightly foaming acid with a pH value less than 1, to be diluted with water in all proportions. The reaction increases by increasing the temperature, never exceeding 45°C. Completely empty the system to be descaled. Insert the acid into the circuit using a loading pump and dilute it as needed. Start the descaling pump, previously prepared with the solution, and keep it circulating for at least 30 minutes. It is important to check the pH value using the strips found on the tank, the pH value must always be less than 2. If the value is higher, add pure product until the same value is reached. Put the pump back into operation and circulate the liquid for at least 4/6 hours, always taking care to check the pH value. After chemical washing, the product must be discharged from the system, appropriately treated and neutralized with SAE NEUTRAL, then discharged into the sewer, always checking the pH value which must be neutral and always respecting current legislation. The system must then be cleaned at least 3 times with sanitary water.
Mixture proportions
1-10% (1-10 liter of SAE SCA on 10 liters of water). Attention: the product must not be over or under dosed.
