SAE SAN
SAE SAN is a concentrated acid that eliminates limescale and rust deposits from hydraulic circuits. Chemical washing with SAE SAN is the safest and fastest method to restore full functionality of the hydraulic system. SAE SAN can be used on all circuits for washing pipes, heat exchangers and boilers on cooling systems and evaporative towers. SAE SAN is suitable for all materials in use such as steel, copper, brass and galvanized materials. It contains a high degree of inhibitors which protect the material against acid attack during chemical washing. It is also a suitable product for washing pumps and valves, especially for cleaning cooling towers without interrupting operation. SAE SAN is a slightly foaming liquid with a pH value less than 1, to be diluted with water in all proportions; dissolves limescale and rust. The reaction increases, increasing the temperature, but never above 45°C.

Important note
Do not exceed the system temperature of 45°C. The heating system must be free from any additional substances (antifreezes, etc.). Follow the instructions for use scrupulously to avoid damage to pumps and control valves. The product must be removed from the system after cleaning.
Instructions for Use
Completely empty the system to be descaled. Insert the acid into the circuit using a correct pump and dilute it as needed, for example: 10% for normal cleaning or maintenance, 20 or 25% for cleaning or maintenance with limescale deposit. Start the pump, previously prepared with the descaling solution, and keep it circulating for at least 30 minutes. The product initially has a red color and becomes brown when consumed. If the acid is consumed, more acid can be added to continue the chemical wash. After chemical washing, the liquid must be discharged from the system, appropriately treated and neutralized with SAE NEUTRAL, then discharged into the sewer, always checking the pH value, which must be neutral and always respecting current legislation.
