Separator with professional dirt separator

The hydraulic separator with built-in dirt separator was designed to create an area with reduced pressure drop, which allows the primary and secondary circuits connected to it to be made hydraulically independent. It is necessary to insert this element into a system to avoid the onset of various problems during its operation.
Furthermore, this separator is equipped to provide 3 functions in a single product:

• Deaeration: the separator is supplied with a
  internal steel mesh where the micro air bubbles are separated from the heat transfer fluid and then expelled through an automatic air vent valve.
• Sludge removal: its structure, specially designed, provides for an increase in size which creates a space of low pressure and turbulence which favors the settling of particles suspended in the heat transfer fluid with the combined action of a double or triple filter removable and washable AISI 304 stainless steel mesh.
• Captures ferromagnetic particles: thanks to the presence of a magnet placed on the bottom of the separator, all ferrous particles (welding residues, etc.) will be attracted towards it, thus preventing premature degradation of the system.
