Analysis and data collection for a customized system
We collect and analyze data relating to the quality of the water to be treated (chemical, physical and microbiological analyses) and the definition of the needs of the customer’s system:

Sizing
Our technical office uses software for calculation, sizing and simulation of the treatment process. Many years of experience then allows us to optimize the characteristics of the systems, which must be reliable over time both in terms of performance, duration and operating costs of the system.
Assembly and programming
Each phase of construction and assembly of water treatment systems is SAE’s flagship. Each system is based on the achievement of high quality standards, the use of modernized tools and equipment guarantees the production of reliable and high-performance systems. SAE also manages to provide systems already programmed and ready for start-up, a service that the company makes available to the customer and which is not usually provided in the market panorama.
Testing
The systems are subjected to severe functional and resistance tests, this occurs on the systems before delivery to the customer. SAE guarantees the product requirements as per the design characteristics, verifying the performance of the water treatment systems and compliance with the product quality requirements.
Delivery and start-up
SAE is able to provide delivery and initial start-up of the system at the installation site. We are also available to train the personnel responsible for supervising and testing the system according to the customer’s needs.
